The Women's Innovation and Investment Marketplace (WIIN) is a marketplace supporting Guyanese women-owned and women-led businesses. WIIN is delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security (MHSSS) and the IDB Group.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, create an account, or place an order on the WIIN Marketplace.

Depending on how you use the marketplace, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, and phone number
• Delivery and billing addresses, and location pins used for fulfilment
• Order, payment, cancellation, and refund records
• Messages you send to businesses through the marketplace
• Technical data such as device, browser, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process orders, payments, delivery, and customer support
• Share what a seller or delivery partner needs to fulfil your order
• Send order updates and, where you have an account, service notices
• Protect the marketplace against fraud, abuse, and technical issues

We share personal information only as needed to operate the marketplace. That can include sellers fulfilling your order, delivery providers, payment processors, and authorised MHSSS or platform administrators. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and maintain checkout. These are required for the marketplace to function.

We keep account, order, and fulfilment records for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle cancellations or disputes, and meet legal and audit requirements. You may ask us to update or close your account by contacting us using the details below.

You can review and update profile and address details in your account. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we must retain for orders, payments, and legal obligations.
